ROLE OVERVIEW

As an Assistant Supply Chain Manager at PharmaPets, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly. You’ll help coordinate inventory management, supplier relationships, and logistics, making sure our customers get the products they need, when they need them. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the heart of our operations while driving the success of PharmaPets!


KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Inventory & Demand Planning

• Forecast demand and manage inventory to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.

• Monitor stock levels across multiple warehouses and work closely with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory.

• Support demand planning and contribute to strategic stock allocation to meet customer needs.


Supplier & Logistics Coordination

• Help manage supplier relationships, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries.

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, guaranteeing smooth logistics and timely order fulfillment.


Process Improvement & Reporting

• Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain and drive continuous improvements to increase efficiency.

• Analyze key supply chain metrics (e.g., order fulfillment rates, lead times) and share insights that make a tangible difference.

• Assist in preparing reports on supply chain performance and KPIs, contributing to the business’s strategic goals.


Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with E-commerce, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure a seamless supply chain experience for our customers.

• Help implement supply chain strategies aligned with PharmaPets’ objectives.

• Address challenges proactively, working with internal teams and external partners to find solutions.


QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or pharmaceuticals.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with supply chain management tools (e.g., ERP systems, inventory management software).

• Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and procurement best practices.

• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to excellence.

• Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach to solving problems.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
