Business Controller
As a Business Controller, you will oversee Tom & Co's commercial and financial activities and share responsibility for the company's economic and financial performance. You will perform financial analyses, develop financial planning processes, and design and implement overall business plans. As a Business Controller, you will work in partnership with the finance department, working directly with the CFO/Finance Manager, and playing a key role in supporting them.
Your responsibilities:
- Financial advice on executive departments, commercial financial advice, budget feedback and management support with financial support.
- Advise you and ensure that your budget is correct.
- For financial regulations: identify your financial risk, verify your financial situation, verify your results, analyze the results and the results of your financial analysis.
- Is responsible for reporting surprising and works together with the financial and management to make new personal financial decisions. Your financial periodic evaluations into accurate financial and sales reports.
- Liaise with external accountants, Indian in when necessary.
Your profile:
- Master's degree in Finance/Economics/Management.
- At least 3 years of experience in audit, financial analysis or business controlling.
- Strong Excel skills are a must, knowledge of SAP is an asset.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a thorough financial knowledge.
- You are well organized
- You are a team player and able to work autonomously.
- You are process-oriented and like both the big picture and the details.
- You are eager to learn, pragmatic, solution-oriented & result-oriented.
- You are fluent in Dutch and French, English is a plus.
