ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Campaign Manager Private Labels & Acquisition, you play a key role in growing our private label products and attracting new customers. You know how to create campaigns that resonate and convert, creatively and effectively navigating across multiple channels. You work independently within the framework of our brand strategy, while also actively thinking about improvements. You closely monitor the performance of your campaigns and the sales of our private label products and are constantly looking for new ways to expand our customer base.
Your Tasks & Responsibilities include:
Campaign Development & Execution
Set up, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns for private labels.
Coordinate multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, display, SEA, print).
Ensure a strong and consistent brand message for our private label products.
Campaign Optimization, Sales Follow-up & Customer Acquisition
Continuously improve ongoing campaigns based on performance.
Actively follow up on sales figures of private label products and adjust where necessary.
Constantly search for creative ways to find and attract new customers.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams like product development, sales, content, and design.
Manage external agencies and suppliers for content creation and media planning.
Advise stakeholders on campaign results, customer insights, and improvement opportunities.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare clear campaign reports and evaluations.
Identify trends and customer needs, and translate these into actionable insights.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
Innovation & Development
Keep up to date with marketing and private label branding trends.
Test new formats, tools, and channels to strengthen campaigns and customer acquisition.
Contribute to the professionalization of the marketing team and processes.
YOU ARE...
Proactive, commercial, and results-driven.
A brand-experience-minded person with a nose for new customers.
Strong analytically, data-driven, and market-savvy.
Experienced with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing, and CRM.
2–4 years experienced in marketing, preferably with private labels or B2B acquisition.
