Category Buyer (non-food)

As a Category Buyer, you'll be the driving force behind the success of our product assortments, overseeing both our owned products and national brands. Your role encompasses end-to-end product development, from sourcing and selection to negotiation and placement within our stores. You'll need to possess a keen eye for product appeal and market trends, coupled with the ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions to boost sales figures.

·       Stay abreast of market trends and evolution, translating insights into assortment strategies.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, and Logistics, to align category objectives with broader business goals.

·       Provide coaching and training to your team to ensure efficiency and quality in their work.
