ROLE OVERVIEW
As a CRM Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted campaigns that improve customer retention, engagement, and loyalty. You will manage email, SMS, and automation strategies to create personalized experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat purchases. With a strong analytical mindset, you will use customer data to continuously refine and optimize PharmaPets' CRM strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Relationship & Engagement
• Develop and implement CRM strategies to increase customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
• Set up and optimize automated customer journeys using email, SMS, and onsite personalization.
• Segment customer databases to create personalized marketing campaigns based on customer behavior and purchase history.
Campaign Development & Execution
• Plan, create, and manage CRM campaigns, including repurchase, recommendations, and lifecycle marketing.
• Work closely with the content and design teams to ensure engaging messaging and branding.
• A/B test different campaign elements (subject lines, CTAs, content, timing) to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Data & Analytics
• Analyze customer data and campaign performance to generate insights and improve CRM effectiveness.
• Track key CRM metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, churn rates, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
• Provide regular reports and recommendations to optimize retention and engagement strategies.
Loyalty Program & Personalization
• Manage and enhance PharmaPets' customer loyalty program to drive repeat purchases and long-term engagement.
• Identify opportunities for personalization and targeted offers based on customer preferences.
• Collaborate with the Data and IT teams to ensure seamless CRM system integration and data accuracy.
Collaboration & Optimization
• Work closely with the E-commerce, Performance Marketing, and Customer Service teams to align CRM activities with broader business goals.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in CRM, email marketing, and customer retention.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or customer retention, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or pet care industries.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, automation workflows, and segmentation strategies.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization is a plus.
• Data-driven and detail-oriented.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for personalization.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proactive, creative, and eager to enhance customer experiences.
