Graphic Designer

About the role
As a Graphic Designer, you play a key role within the marketing team. You translate our brand identity into visual concepts and ensure strong, consistent communication across all channels — from print to digital. You work closely with marketers, e‑commerce specialists and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns and creative assets.
Your responsibilities
Creation & design
Design visual materials for print (leaflets, posters, POS) and digital (social media, banners, newsletters).
Translate marketing briefings into creative and high-performing visuals.
Develop campaigns aligned with the brand identity.
Safeguard Tom&Co’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
Ensure a consistent look & feel across all channels.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Campaigns & content
Develop visual assets for marketing and sales initiatives.
Create visual content for e‑commerce and stores.
React quickly to promotions and commercial opportunities.
Photoshoots
Organise, plan and execute photoshoots (products, lifestyle, campaigns).
Define creative direction, styling and atmosphere together with the brand manager.
Select and edit visual material.
Video & motion
Create video content such as leaflet videos, collection videos and social content.
Record, edit and produce videos.
Develop animated promotional videos and motion graphics.
Optimise video formats for different channels (social, website, ads).
Who are we looking for?
You have a degree in graphic design and at least 3 years of experience in marketing.
You have a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and technical skills.
You master Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of Easy Catalog, Jira or Canva is a plus.
You have an eye for detail and a strong sense of composition, colour and typography.
You work in a structured way and can manage several projects at once.
You are bilingual (Dutch and French) or have a solid foundation in both languages.
