Manager de transition RH (freelance)

Tom&Co France is looking for a freelance Interim HR Manager for a temporary assignment until the end of 2024. You will be responsible for managing key aspects of human resources, with a priority on transitioning to the Nibelis solution (an ongoing project) and fostering relationships with social partners. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in the transition and optimization of all HR processes. Reporting to the Group Management based in Belgium, you will oversee a team of 130 employees in France within a context of significant growth. Your expertise will support the Management and the French HR team, composed of two people, in steering and developing HR activities.


Responsibilities

-       Manage the transition to a new HRIS (Nibelis): Play a key role in the transition to our new HR software, Nibelis. Train and support teams to ensure optimal use of the software.

-       Social legislation management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Update and apply HR policies accordingly.

-       Foster relationships with social partners: Negotiate company agreements and maintain a positive social climate.

-       Deploy Group HR policy and propose local strategies.

-       Audit and diagnose current HR practices: Define an action plan to structure HR activities.

-       Establish relevant KPIs for key HR processes: Recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, compensation, and payroll.

-       Support and empower operational managers: Guide and challenge them in managing their teams.

-       Implement various interview processes: People reviews, professional interviews, onboarding/offboarding.

-       Facilitate the transition by transferring necessary skills: Ensure the continuation of innovative actions implemented.


Your profile

-       Education: Master's degree (BAC+5) in HR Management/Social Law.

-       Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a similar role, ideally in a high-growth company or the retail sector.

-       Expertise: Deep understanding of labor law and effective negotiation with social partners.

-       Interpersonal and field skills: Ability to identify and anticipate needs, develop transformation plans, align key objectives with group policy, and transfer knowledge to employees.

-       Software proficiency: Previous experience with Nibelis or demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new HR systems.

-       Autonomy: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

-       Analytical and problem-solving skills.

-       Project management skills: To facilitate the transition to Nibelis.
