ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will turn customer, sales, and marketing data into clear, actionable insights that help us better understand our audience and make smarter decisions. Your analysis will guide the marketing team in crafting more effective campaigns, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and uncovering segments that need targeted attention. Your work will directly support growth, improve retention, and enhance the customer experience across our omnichannel retail ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from marketing platforms, CRM systems, macro data, and sales pipelines.
• Identify customer segments that show signs of churn risk, growth potential, or cross-sell opportunities.
• Work closely with the marketing team to provide data-driven recommendations for smarter, more targeted campaigns.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, customer engagement, and sales conversion.
• Build and maintain dashboards that give real-time visibility on customer segments, sales trends, and campaign performance.
• Support the marketing and sales teams with client segmentation (RFM), lifetime value analysis, category marketing and customer buying behaviour profiling.
• Conduct A/B tests and experiments to refine customer messaging and optimize acquisition and retention strategies.
• Present insights to marketing, sales, and leadership teams to guide strategy and enhance customer-centric decision-making.
YOUR PROFILE
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing, customer analytics, or sales data analysis.
• Strong skills in Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.

• Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., segment, airship) to analyze customer and sales data.
• Ability to uncover client needs, segment audiences, and detect upsell or cross-sell potential.
• Strong communication skills: able to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
