Marketing Director

Responsibilities

•    Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with overall company goals, in close collaboration with the Head of Digital & Customer Experience.

•    Oversee and coordinate the activities of the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.

•    Lead the planning, implementation, and analysis of marketing campaigns, using a combination of traditional and digital channels.

•    Manage the marketing budget and optimize spending for maximum return on investment.

•    Encourage innovation to stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies.

•    Collaborate closely with Digital, Loyalty, Customer Engagement & Experience, and Data & Analytics teams to ensure an integrated approach to marketing.

•    Supervise the recruitment, training, and development of the marketing team.

Required Skills

•    Proven experience in marketing, with a solid understanding of fundamental principles of both digital and traditional marketing.

•    Previous experience in team management, demonstrating leadership and performance management skills.

•    Ability to work collaboratively with diverse functional teams to achieve common goals.

•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

•    Results-oriented, with the ability to set clear goals, track performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.

•    University degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
