Marketing Director
Join our dynamic team as a Marketing Director, reporting directly to the Head of Digital & Customer Experience. In this crucial role, you will lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. You will be responsible for the planning, purchase, and negotiation of media space (such as leaflets, radio/TV, digital, publicity, etc.) and selecting the right marketing partners (strategy, communication, and more). You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure a consistent and effective marketing approach. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives in close collaboration with the Head of Digital & Customer Experience.
- Lead the planning, purchase, and negotiation of media space (e.g., leaflets, radio/TV, digital campaigns, publicity, etc.).
- Select and collaborate with appropriate marketing partners, including strategic and creative communication agencies.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
- Manage the marketing budget and optimize spending to maximize return on investment.
- Analyze campaign results and use insights to enhance future strategies.
- Work closely with the Digital, Loyalty, Customer Engagement & Experience, and Data & Analytics teams to ensure an integrated marketing approach.
- Foster innovation to stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of the marketing team.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in marketing, including planning, purchasing, and negotiating media across both traditional and digital channels.
- Strong analytical skills to manage budgets and evaluate campaigns.
- Previous experience in team management, demonstrating leadership and performance management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse functional teams and external partners to achieve common goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and convincingly.
- Results-oriented, with the ability to set clear goals, track performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- University degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
