ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Performance Marketeer SEA, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Search Engine Advertising (SEA) campaigns, focusing on Google Shopping and Bing Shopping. Your role will be crucial in driving traffic, increasing conversions, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS). You will use your expertise in performance marketing to ensure Tom&Co stays ahead in the competitive online marketplace. This role is carried out in both the offices of Tom&Co in Groot-Bijgaarden and the offices of Pharmapets in Waregem.
Responsabilities amongs other include:
Campaign Management
- Create, manage, and optimize SEA campaigns on Google Shopping and Bing Shopping platforms.
- Develop and maintain product feeds for shopping campaigns to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust bidding strategies to achieve KPIs.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign data to measure performance against targets (e.g., CTR, CPC, ROAS).
- Prepare regular reports and insights for the Digital Marketing Manager and other stakeholders.
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
Budget Management
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively across campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Monitor daily and monthly spend to ensure campaigns stay within budget.
Optimization and Testing
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Continuously refine and optimize campaigns for better performance and customer engagement.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the E-commerce, Product, and Analytics teams to align on campaign goals and strategies.
- Coordinate with external agencies or partners as needed to support campaign execution.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in SEA campaign management, with a focus on Google Shopping and Bing Shopping.
- Expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms, particularly shopping campaign formats.
- Strong understanding of feed management tools and data optimization (e.g., Google Merchant Center, Bing Merchant Center).
- Proficient in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and eager to stay updated on digital marketing trends.
