PR & Corporate Communication Coordinator
As a Public Relations & Corporate Communication Coordinator, you determine the different actions to improve the attractiveness of Tom&Co as en employer and to increase brand awareness through public relations.
Responsibilities
You improve the attractiveness of Tom&Co as an employer (franchise and internal)
o develop and implement the corporate brand book
o update the content and suggest ways to improve the corporate website
o help with recruitment campaigns (on-offline) for our integrated stores and headquarter
o relaying job offers on the linkedin account
You increase brand awareness through public relation (press)
o Develop press partnerships by maintaining and expanding a press relations portfolio
o Establish an editorial planning
o Manage press requests and act as an interface between journalists' requests and internal managers
o Drafting pitches (press releases, press kits, other information materials) for journalists
o Plan and monitor press campaigns
o Ensure media monitoring for the brand, the sector and competitors
o Follow the performance and the "press fallout" of the communication actions
o Publish brand and sector news on linkedin
You support the communication part during B2B events/fairs
You are responsible for the research and implementation of B2B partnerships to ensure regular traffic to the points of sale
Must-have requirements
You have a bachelor or master degree in Marketing, Communication or other relevant field.
You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
You have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
You have an excellent knowledge of French and Dutch.
You have a entrepreneur mindset and you work autonomous.
