ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Product Creator – Online Content, you will be responsible for crafting compelling, accurate, and engaging product listings for our e-commerce platform. Your work will ensure that customers can easily find the products they need, while also inspiring them with well-written content. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for writing and a love for pets. Responsabilities amongs other include:

Content Creation

• Write and edit French-language product descriptions, titles, and other content for our e-commerce platform.
• Highlight product features, benefits, and usage tips to help customers make informed decisions.
• Maintain consistency in tone and style, aligned with the Tom&Co brand voice.

Data Entry and Product Setup

• Upload product details, images, and specifications to the online store.
• Ensure all product information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

SEO Optimization

• Optimize product descriptions and titles for search engines to improve visibility.
• Use relevant keywords to maximize online traffic and customer engagement.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the Marketing, Category Management, and E-Commerce teams to ensure alignment on product presentation and promotions.
• Coordinate with suppliers to gather necessary product information and assets.

Quality Assurance

• Regularly review and update online content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Identify and correct any errors in product listings, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in content creation, e-commerce, or online marketing.
• Native French (written and spoken).
• Strong writing and editing skills with a flair for engaging, customer-focused content.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and tools.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content management tools.
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Passion for pets and understanding of pet products is a bonus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
