ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Product Data Operations Specialist, you are responsible for the quality and consistency of our product data. You ensure efficient processing of data across our various systems, while proactively proposing optimizations to improve our processes. Your main responsibilities are:

Data Processing & Integration

• Collect, verify, and integrate product data from various sources (suppliers, internal teams, etc.)

• Ensure the quality and accuracy of data in our systems (Excel, PIM, ERP, etc.)

• Conduct regular checks to identify and correct anomalies

Process Improvement

• Identify areas for improvement in data management processes

• Propose and implement solutions to enhance data quality and operational efficiency

• Document processes and procedures

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with different teams (purchasing, marketing, logistics, etc.) to understand their data needs

• Respond to data requests and provide user support

• Ensure clear and effective communication regarding product data topics

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in data management, information systems, business administration or similar

• Experience in a similar role, ideally in retail or distribution

• Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.) and familiar with other data management tools (PIM, ERP, etc.)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Detail-oriented, organized, and precise
