Quality Manager

 

As a Quality Manager at Tom&co, you are responsible for managing quality within the company. You ensure compliance with good hygiene practices and quality procedures in our stores. You actively participate in the development of private label products and support the purchasing department in these developments, proposing improvements for product quality. You are also the point of contact for the AFSCA and manage product recall procedures. Additionally, you conduct supplier audits and establish an analysis plan with an external laboratory. You follow up on quality complaints from stores and end customers, and collaborate with colleagues from the purchasing, sales, and animal welfare departments in a continuous improvement process. You are assisted by a food/non-food technologist and manage eco-taxes in Belgium (Fost Plus) and France (Citeo).
