Supply Chain Assistant

For the Supply Chain team at Tom&Co, we are looking for a dynamic, proactive colleague with strong analytical skills (excellent Excel knowledge) and a sense of priorities. You will join our logistics team consisting of 3 people and support them in project and operational management.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

•     Monitor and analyze stock levels for multiple products (stores & E-commerce).

•     Forecast future demand based on historical trends and current data.

•     Place orders with suppliers according to replenishment needs.

•     Track delivery deadlines and provide solutions to procurement-related issues.

•     Collaborate with the Purchasing team to optimize replenishment processes.

•     Maintain accurate reports on stock levels and replenishment performance (mainly on Excel).

•     Support the Supply Chain team in conducting various analyses.

YOUR PROFILE

•     Previous experience in an administrative logistics role or a degree in logistics, Supply Chain (or equivalent).

•     Analytical mindset with a passion for data analysis.

•     Proficiency in various software (Microsoft Office, ERP systems, etc.). Excel is your forte: you excel in formulas and pivot tables.

•     Excellent command of French and a professional level of Dutch (minimum B2). Knowledge of English is a plus.

•     Organized, structured, and detail-oriented.

•     Work autonomously with a sense of priorities.

•     Eager to learn, take initiatives, and solution-oriented.

•     Comfortable multitasking and handling diverse responsibilities.

•     Thrive in a dynamic and evolving work environment.

•     Team player, enjoy collaborating with colleagues and providing support during busy periods.
